These terms govern your use of the GrowSK Tech website and the services we provide. By engaging GrowSK Tech for any service, you agree to these terms.
GrowSK Tech provides digital marketing services including website design, Google Ads management, local SEO, custom app development, and AI tools. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are agreed upon in a separate proposal or service agreement before work begins.
We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion. Acceptance of a proposal or payment does not obligate us to begin work if we subsequently determine the project is outside our capabilities or ethical standards.
Payment terms are outlined in each individual service agreement. For one-time projects, a deposit is typically required before work begins with the balance due upon completion. For monthly retainer services, payment is due at the start of each billing period.
Late payments may result in suspension of services. GrowSK Tech is not responsible for any negative impact on your business resulting from service suspension due to non-payment.
You agree to provide accurate information about your business when engaging our services. You are responsible for ensuring that any content, images, or materials you provide to us for use in your website or marketing materials do not infringe on the rights of any third party.
For Google Ads campaigns, you are responsible for maintaining your own Google Ads account and controlling your ad spend. GrowSK Tech manages your campaigns on your behalf but does not control or guarantee specific ad performance results.
Upon full payment, you own the website, content, and deliverables created specifically for your business as part of a completed project. GrowSK Tech retains ownership of any proprietary tools, processes, code libraries, or templates used in developing your deliverables.
You grant GrowSK Tech the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
GrowSK Tech does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, lead volumes, or revenue outcomes from any service. Digital marketing results depend on numerous factors outside our control, including search algorithm changes, market competition, your business operations, and ad spend levels.
We commit to applying professional expertise and industry best practices to every engagement. We do not make guarantees we cannot keep.
Monthly retainer services can be cancelled with 30 days written notice to hello@growsktech.com. One-time project work is non-refundable once the project has entered production. Deposits on cancelled projects are non-refundable.
GrowSK Tech's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 90 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or business opportunities.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Saskatchewan.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
